Eden Hills

Eden Hills is a residential community by H&H beside Dubai Hills, in the Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid area of Dubai. Its setting centres on villas, private outdoor space and a landscape-led neighbourhood plan. Eden Hills has its own identity and should be located independently when comparing addresses in the wider Dubai Hills surroundings.

The masterplan brings homes together around a central landscaped wadi, green passages, parks and spaces for meeting or spending time outside. Walking and cycling routes are intended to connect different parts of the neighbourhood. A community centre and neighbourhood retail form part of the planned everyday environment, rather than amenities belonging to every individual villa.

The area offers a quieter residential rhythm while remaining connected to the city through surrounding roads. For daily journeys, the exact entrance and route to work, schools or shopping matter more than a general distance quoted for the community. Its landscape and shared places are best understood as a neighbourhood being developed, with the delivery of facilities considered alongside the relevant residential phase.
