Area overview
This page brings together the essential signals on The Oasis by Emaar before you open projects one by one.
The Oasis by Emaar is a villa and mansion community in Dubailand, designed around water and landscaped open space. The published masterplan places homes among lagoons, canals, gardens and recreation areas. Its residential scale is different from apartment districts: the plot, private outdoor space and relationship to the water are central parts of the setting.
Palmiera, Marèva, Lavita, Address Villas Tierra and Palace Villas Ostra are individual collections within The Oasis. Their architecture, home sizes and service concepts differ. Waterfront positioning also varies by plot, so the overall water-led identity should not be read as a promise of the same outlook from every home.
The neighbourhood is planned as a residential retreat connected to Dubai through the surrounding road network. For daily living, consider garden orientation, arrival and parking arrangements, and the route to shared facilities. The timing of those facilities should be read together with the particular collection’s delivery programme.
