Al Barari

Al Barari is both a Dubai property developer and the name of the landscaped community it has created. Founded in 2005 by Zaal Mohamed Zaal, the business developed a residential setting organised around botanical gardens, lakes and walking routes. Hazza Zaal now leads the company, continuing the relationship between architecture, landscape and the services of a complete neighbourhood.

The established portfolio includes large villas and apartment residences. The Residences, The Nest, Chorisia and Lunaria illustrate different forms of villa living, while Ashjar and Seventh Heaven introduced apartments into the community. Buildings are positioned within the landscape, with terraces, gardens and views across planted areas forming a recurring part of their design.

Current programmes continue to develop that range. Altissima is a limited collection of seven-bedroom villas with private gardens and leisure spaces. The Cape proposes three low-rise apartment buildings, with homes of one to four bedrooms and shared facilities around landscaped courtyards. The Lofts introduces a new collection of one-bedroom apartments and duplex lofts within Seventh Heaven, giving another interpretation of apartment living in the established neighbourhood.

Al Barari also operates as a wider residential environment with dining, retail and wellness destinations. The Farm, The Mill, The Bay Health Club, Heart & Soul Spa and community recreation spaces give the district functions beyond housing alone. These destinations belong to the community's broader offer, while the facilities attached to individual residences vary by programme. The developer's identity is therefore closely linked to the continuing design and evolution of its own Dubai neighbourhood.
