Condor Developers

Condor Developers is the property development arm of a group with roots in UAE engineering and construction in the 1980s. Founder V. Sivaprasad established Condor Building Contracting in 1983. The group's work spans residential buildings, hospitality, healthcare and other construction projects across the Middle East and India, providing the background to its Dubai development activity.

Its completed residential portfolio includes Marina Star in Dubai Marina, Concept 7 and Condor Castle in Jumeirah Village Circle, and Condor Fortuna in Majan. Golf Links 18 in Dubai Sports City joined that portfolio following its announced handover in September 2026. These addresses span waterfront, established apartment communities and a district shaped around sporting facilities.

Sonate Residences in Jumeirah Village Triangle is a current programme centred on apartment living and shared outdoor spaces. Studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes accompany retail stores, pools, a padel court, gardens and fitness facilities. Its rooftop landscape, coworking garden and outdoor cinema extend the residential offer beyond the individual apartments.

The developer presents wellness and environmental considerations as recurring design themes. In practice, its published residential programmes combine apartment planning, resident amenities and landscaped communal areas, with facilities that vary between buildings. Condor also maintains development and construction activities in India, alongside its UAE portfolio.
