London Gate

London Gate is a Dubai property developer whose identity draws on London's architectural character and the relationship between established traditions and contemporary design. Led by Eman Taha, the company develops residential addresses with distinct concepts, from neighbourhood apartment buildings to major towers created with international brands. Its current Dubai portfolio spans Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai South and Dubai Maritime City.

Its collaboration with Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller has produced three separate developments. Aeternitas brings a prominent clock and a slender tower to Dubai Marina; Vanguard translates the watch collection's more contemporary visual language into furnished residences. Yachting takes the partnership to Dubai Maritime City, with marine references, waterfront surroundings and shared spaces that extend beyond the individual apartment.

Mi Casa and Lilian Residences provide a different scale of living. Mi Casa combines apartments and ground-floor retail in Jumeirah Village Circle, while Lilian offers a compact collection of homes in Dubai South. Swimming pools, fitness facilities, generous windows and places to meet neighbours form part of these programmes, with the precise layouts and equipment varying between developments. The older portfolio also includes Maya V, Nadine Residences and Golf Vista Heights.

London Gate works with OCTA Properties on the sales and marketing of several developments. This partnership sits alongside the company's work with Franck Muller, rather than defining every building under one brand. The portfolio is best understood address by address: a furnished Marina apartment, a family home in Dubai South and a commercial unit in JVC serve different needs, even when they share the same developer.
