Lucky Aeon

Lucky Aeon is a Dubai residential developer whose management team includes Gul Tabba and Noor Arif Mukaty. The company is based in Al Barsha and concentrates its published development portfolio in Jumeirah Village Circle. Its programmes pair contemporary apartments with substantial shared facilities and practical features for everyday living.

Lucky Residence was completed and handed over in 2022, establishing a residential address within JVC. The company's subsequent programmes, Lucky Royale Residence and Lucky Oasis Residence, expand the range of apartment layouts and communal spaces. The portfolio includes studios and homes with several bedrooms, with larger sky-villa layouts at Lucky Royale.

Lucky Royale combines apartments and three- and four-bedroom sky villas with terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing and selected private plunge pools. An infinity pool, rooftop landscape, fitness studio and business centre accompany the housing. A retail space is also included, adding a commercial component to the residential programme.

Lucky Oasis places particular emphasis on varied leisure spaces, including a beach-style pool, rooftop plunge pool, golf simulator, mini golf, cinema and children's areas. Smart home systems, coworking and indoor and outdoor exercise spaces complete its planned facilities. Across the portfolio, the exact amenities and private-pool options depend on the building and selected home.
