MERED is an international property developer with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The company brings together development, design and construction expertise, with a Dubai headquarters in Al Salam Tecom Tower. Its approach gives architecture, apartment planning and shared resident spaces a central place in each programme.

In Dubai, ICONIC Residences design by Pininfarina is its principal residential address in Dubai Internet City. The tower combines apartments and a penthouse with an elevated swimming pool, leisure spaces and air-conditioned VIP parking. Pininfarina is responsible for both the architecture and interiors, extending the Italian studio's design language from the external form to the material palette inside the homes.

The collaboration also includes optional furnishing packages developed with Reflex Angelo, Pininfarina's Italian furniture partner. These packages bring furniture and interior design into a coordinated residential setting. Natural wood, marble and carefully detailed finishes are recurring features of ICONIC, while the building's amenity spaces are positioned to make use of its elevated location.

Beyond Dubai, MERED is developing Riviera Residences on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
