Union Properties is a Dubai property developer established in 1987 and listed on the Dubai Financial Market under the symbol UPP. Its work spans residential communities, commercial buildings, retail destinations and leisure infrastructure. The company is associated with several addresses that helped shape the city's growth, including Motor City, Uptown Mirdif, Green Community and Index Tower in Dubai International Financial Centre.
