Allura Residences

Allura Residences is a Citi Developers residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle. The announced building configuration comprises a ground floor, five podium levels, twenty-nine residential floors and a roof. Its housing collection includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, while private pools are specified for selected homes. The programme brings a substantial range of shared leisure spaces into a single residential address.

The interiors follow a contemporary approach, with living areas and kitchens arranged around everyday use. Glazed openings and balconies connect the apartments to the surrounding district. JVC provides the wider setting of residential streets, local shops, parks and Circle Mall. Within that neighbourhood, Allura's more vertical structure gives its shared facilities their own architectural presence.

The eighteenth floor is a distinguishing part of the scheme. Its suspended lap pool has a glass base, accompanied by a Roman bath, pool bar, steam room and sauna. Other announced facilities include an infinity pool, outdoor yoga space, gym, terrace cinema and family barbecue terrace. Separate children's and outdoor play areas serve younger residents, while the business lounge, cigar lounge and concierge broaden the programme beyond swimming and exercise.

Citi Developers publishes a 2027 handover target. The original developer allocation is sold out and construction continues. The combination of compact and larger apartments allows different household sizes to share the same building. Its defining feature is the relationship between private living spaces, selected apartment pools and the more extensive communal facilities distributed throughout the tower.
