ELEVE places contemporary residential living in Downtown Jebel Ali, with a setting shaped by the economic activity and port landscape of southern Dubai. Deyaar’s design combines a striking exterior with podium-level facilities and ground-floor retail. The arrival sequence includes a covered entrance and lobby, while courtyards and shared spaces give the building a neighbourhood dimension.

The residential collection includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The range supports different household needs, from a compact home near work to a larger apartment with separate family spaces. Plans vary, so orientation, balcony arrangements and the proportions of the living and sleeping areas should be considered for each residence rather than inferred from the wider project.

Planned facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, gym, club room and residents' lounge. Outdoor dining and barbecue areas complement these indoor spaces, and the ground-floor retail component is intended to bring useful activity to the base of the development. Parking and service areas complete the practical side of the residential plan.

The location connects with Sheikh Zayed Road and the wider Jebel Ali employment area, including JAFZA and the industrial districts. It also offers a base from which to reach other destinations in Dubai and the route towards Abu Dhabi. ELEVE is under construction, with structural and podium works progressing.
