Mar Casa is Deyaar’s seafront residential development in Dubai Maritime City, set on a peninsula with a strong connection to Dubai’s maritime identity. Its wave-inspired façade gives the project a character of its own, while the design places a clear emphasis on natural light, open outlooks and the relationship between the home and the waterfront.

The residential collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
