Serenity Lakes 2 is a Gulf Land Property Developers residential programme in District 10 of Jumeirah Village Circle. The housing mix includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes. Its low-rise architectural composition uses generous windows, balconies and a sheltered internal leisure area. The development is part of the wider Serenity Lakes collection, with an individual building identity and address.
The published design by NAGA Architects combines contemporary lines with screening elements that balance daylight and privacy. Interiors use wood, aluminium, glazing, marble, porcelain and ceramic surfaces in a coordinated palette. Living areas are planned around open space and light, while the larger duplexes offer an additional scale of accommodation within the same residential programme.
A communal swimming pool and fitness facilities form the core of the resident amenities. The landscaped pool setting provides an outdoor space between the residential wings. Retail shops add a ground-level commercial component, and 24-hour security is included in the published facilities. Balconies extend the apartments towards the surrounding community and the internal leisure spaces.
JVC places the project in an established district with parks, neighbourhood services and Circle Mall, connected to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The initial developer stock is sold out. Construction nevertheless continues: the September 2026 technical inspection recorded progress above halfway completion. The programme therefore remains a building project within JVC rather than a completed residence.
