SkyHills Astra is a two-tower development at Dubai Science Park in Al Barsha South. The programme combines 1,696 residential units with dedicated retail floors. Studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms provide a broad accommodation mix within an address connected to the surrounding science and business community.
The buildings sit above a shared podium and basement parking. Residential and retail entrances are separated, while communal spaces are arranged to support leisure, work and exercise. The announced outdoor programme includes a beach-style pool, a dedicated lap pool and a dual track of more than 500 metres, with areas for running and grounding.
Indoor fitness, yoga and meditation spaces, children’s play areas, a business centre and coworking facilities extend the shared amenities. Electric vehicle charging is planned across parking levels. HRE links Astra to its education partnership with Dubai Cares, including an announced AED 30 million pledge. The current handover target is the fourth quarter of 2027.
