One Park Square

One Park Square is an IMAN Developers mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Circle. The twenty-four-storey building combines 266 homes with three retail premises. Its beige and gold façade takes its colour palette from the desert, while curves and water features give the common areas a softer architectural character. The development sits within a residential neighbourhood where parks and practical services already support daily life.

Home types range from studios and one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom duplexes and three-bedroom penthouses. Selected duplexes have private pools, introducing a different relationship with outdoor space. The penthouses occupy the upper part of the building. These variations allow the residential collection to be considered by layout, level and the role of terraces, as well as the number of bedrooms.

Two amenity zones organise the shared facilities. A 40-metre leisure pool, fitness centre and jogging track support regular activity. A Zen garden, yoga space, sauna and steam room provide quieter options. Dedicated children’s facilities add family uses, while the skate park and clubhouse bring further opportunities for leisure and time spent with neighbours.

JVC places One Park Square within reach of Circle Mall, green spaces, schools and medical services. The main roads connect the neighbourhood to other parts of Dubai. IMAN has confirmed both the project’s sell-out at launch and the start of construction. Anticipated completion is announced for the second quarter of 2028.
