LIV Maritime is a waterfront residential programme by LIV Developers in Dubai Maritime City. It combines one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with signature duplexes and townhouses. The residential tower rises above a podium whose facilities and outdoor spaces create a separate scale at the base of the building. Its setting connects the programme to the seafront character of this developing maritime district.
Apartment interiors are designed around broad glazing, including corner windows in selected layouts. The announced specification includes European kitchens, premium bathroom fittings and connected-home features. Living and dining rooms lead towards private balconies, while the larger signature homes add different arrangements of indoor and outdoor space. The entrance programme includes a double-height lobby with marble and gold and bronze details, accompanied by concierge service.
The planned amenity level covers approximately 29,000 square feet. Its swimming pool and pool deck are joined by padel, a putting green, indoor and outdoor fitness areas and yoga spaces. Children's rooms and play areas provide activities for younger residents. A residents' lounge, conference facilities, private dining and barbecue areas add settings for work and gatherings, with sauna facilities complementing the exercise programme.
LIV confirmed the original developer allocation sold out in 2025. Construction continues: its September 2026 report records completed groundworks and progressing tower structure. The currently published delivery target is the fourth quarter of 2028. Maritime brings LIV's apartment and signature-home approach to a different waterfront environment from Dubai Marina, with the residential building's own facilities forming a central part of everyday life.
