Peace Lagoons I

Peace Lagoons I is the first phase of Peace Homes Development’s lagoon residential concept in Dubai Land Residence Complex. A man-made lagoon forms the centre of the scheme, giving the shared outdoor spaces a water-focused character. The official programme includes studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, with a private pool associated with each residence. This combination separates the project from an apartment building organised only around a conventional shared swimming pool.

The homes range from compact studios to layouts with a separate living room and additional bedrooms. Their private pools extend the use of the balcony, while the relationship to the central lagoon depends on the precise position of the apartment. The plans and gallery are useful for comparing outdoor space, room arrangement and the balance between a private setting and views towards the common areas.

Published amenities include a beach pool, gym, yoga area, volleyball court, children’s play areas, cinema, mini golf and aqua gym. The developer also describes approximately 30,000 square feet of shopping space within the programme. Leisure and everyday services therefore form part of the overall concept, alongside the individual residential units.

The developer announces a second-quarter 2027 handover, and the initial release is reported sold out. The first phase’s character lies in the two scales of water use: the broad shared lagoon and the smaller pool belonging to the home. Studios and larger apartments share that overall idea, with different interior arrangements giving each type its own balance between daily living space and private recreation.
