Sky Livings

Sky Livings is a residential project by Peace Homes Development in Jumeirah Village Circle. The published concept gives each home a private pool on its balcony, bringing an element usually associated with a villa into an apartment setting. The development also includes duplex layouts with indoor waterfalls, creating a clear distinction between the standard apartments and the larger homes arranged over two levels.

The apartments are presented as semi-furnished, with essential kitchen appliances supplied. This makes the furnishing approach different from a fully furnished residence: the kitchen forms the starting point, while the living areas remain open to the resident’s own choices. The official gallery illustrates studios, one-bedroom homes and larger three-bedroom configurations. Comparing the exact layout is particularly useful for understanding balcony space, circulation and the position of the private pool.

The communal programme includes a gym, restaurant, children’s pool, play area, barbecue space and gaming area. These facilities add shared places to exercise, meet friends or spend time with family. The private balcony pools and indoor waterfall features belong to the residential design, while the shared facilities support a different, more collective use of the building.

Sky Livings brings this pool-focused design into JVC’s residential setting. The developer announces a fourth-quarter 2026 handover, and the initial direct-sales stock is reported sold out. Its most distinctive contrast is between the compact apartment and the larger duplex: private water features are present in the concept of both, while the two-level homes introduce a different relationship between living spaces and internal movement.
