Sky Vista

Sky Vista is Peace Homes Development’s residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle, presented in collaboration with recording artist Jason Derulo. The official description identifies a 17-storey building with only six apartments on each floor. This relatively limited number of homes per level is central to its positioning, creating a residential arrangement that differs from towers with a much denser floor plate.

A private office forms part of the apartment concept, giving work a defined place within the home. This is an important distinction from a conventional bedroom used occasionally as a study. Private pools add a separate leisure component, while the layouts shown in the official gallery help explain the relationship between living spaces, bedrooms and outdoor areas. The developer also describes a Hollywood-style recording studio connected with the collaboration.

The announced shared amenities include bowling, a gym, children’s pool, play area, gaming space and barbecue facilities. These support everyday exercise and informal gatherings alongside the private apartment features. The office element and the leisure spaces give the project two complementary uses, rather than presenting every area as an interchangeable luxury amenity.

Sky Vista brings its combination of working and living into JVC’s residential neighbourhood. The developer announces a fourth-quarter 2026 handover; the initial release is reported sold out. The six-apartment floor arrangement, individual office concept and leisure spaces remain the clearest features of the programme. Together, they give different parts of the building distinct roles, from a working day at home to exercise and evening recreation.
