Astoria Residence

Astoria Residence is Segrex Development’s first residential complex, completed in 2015 in Jumeirah Village Circle. The programme combines 105 apartments with 40 townhouses, giving it a broader accommodation format than a conventional apartment tower. The residential building has a ground floor and four upper floors.

The developer describes layouts that include fitted kitchens and dressing areas, with arrangements intended for family use. Townhouses and apartments have different spatial configurations, while the current public presentation also refers to studios and one-bedroom homes available through resale. The precise area and condition of a residence therefore need to be checked individually.

Shared facilities include a courtyard swimming pool, a sauna, hammam, gym and squash courts. Underground parking supports the residential accommodation. The surrounding neighbourhood includes smaller parks, children’s play areas and jogging routes, connecting the building to the established JVC environment.

Astoria is classified as ready on the developer’s completion record. Its historical delivery does not establish current stock or a present asking price. Any available apartment or townhouse should be assessed against its own plan, ownership documentation and current sales terms.
