Jumeirah Lakes Towers

Jumeirah Lakes Towers, usually called JLT, is a mixed residential and commercial district developed and managed by DMCC. It lies along Sheikh Zayed Road opposite Dubai Marina, with apartment towers, office buildings and retail arranged around artificial lakes and green spaces. Its 26 lettered clusters provide a practical way to identify different parts of the neighbourhood.

Homes range from studios to larger apartments across towers with different layouts and resident facilities. Offices and business premises share the district with residential buildings. Almas Tower is a central landmark within the DMCC business setting. Shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants at street and podium levels make the surrounding clusters useful for everyday errands as well as work.

JLT’s lakeside paths and community park provide outdoor space within a high-rise setting. Jogging routes, outdoor fitness areas and courts support regular exercise. The community also includes a skate park, play spaces and dog parks. Fitness and wellness studios add indoor options, while restaurants offer a wide range of cuisines across the clusters.

The Red Line serves JLT through DMCC and Sobha Realty metro stations. Sheikh Zayed Road provides the main regional road connection, with an internal road network serving individual clusters. Tower parking and public parking support vehicle access. The most convenient route to the metro, park or neighbouring Marina depends on the specific cluster, building entrance and pedestrian connection.

Nurseries, clinics, pharmacies and veterinary services form part of the local service network. Schools are in the surrounding districts rather than within JLT itself. DMCC’s community management covers public spaces, governance and improvements, while individual buildings retain their own management and facilities. This combination of apartments, offices, waterside spaces and local services gives JLT a distinct everyday urban character where residential and working life share the same neighbourhood.
