AHS Properties

AHS Properties is a Dubai developer founded in 2021 by Emirati entrepreneur Abbas Sajwani. The company began by acquiring, renovating and reselling individual mansions on Palm Jumeirah and in Emirates Hills. That early work established its focus on large homes, private spaces and detailed interior design. Its portfolio subsequently expanded into new residential buildings and commercial property, while retaining a preference for distinctive addresses and carefully defined collections.

The Dubai Water Canal became a central location with the launch of One Canal in 2022, followed by Casa Canal in 2023 and Casa AHS in 2025. These are separate developments in Al Wasl, offering penthouses, sky villas and larger residences with terraces, private pools and dedicated lifts. Architecture by Killa Design and interiors by HBA feature across the canal collection; One Canal and Casa Canal also involve Fendi Casa.

On Palm Jumeirah, One Crescent brings the same emphasis on substantial private residences to the island's outer crescent. Its collection of 25 homes combines Killa Design architecture with interiors by 1508 London. Shared pools, fitness facilities, lounges and concierge services complement the private spaces, with each project's facilities shaped around its own setting and residential layouts.

The company's commercial activity includes AHS Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Acquired in 2024 as the former Big Ben Tower, the 69-level building is being developed around full- and half-floor offices, meeting facilities and dedicated fitness and wellness spaces. The portfolio therefore spans waterfront homes, earlier villa transformations and a substantial office address within Dubai's established business corridor.
