Sankari Properties is a Dubai developer established in February 2023, drawing on a family business history of more than four decades in the UAE. The family’s activities in fashion and lifestyle inform a residential approach that places architecture, interiors and hospitality services within a single development concept. The company focuses on a small number of substantial luxury homes rather than a broad catalogue of standard apartment buildings.

Its flagship is Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place at Marasi Marina in Business Bay. The waterfront programme comprises 63 residences in twin towers and a related collection of ten water villas. These homes form one development, previously introduced as One Sankari. Full-floor layouts, private pools and expansive outdoor spaces are central to the residential design.

The company collaborates with Foster + Partners on the architecture, Portia Fox on residence interiors and YODEZEEN on the water-villa interiors. Regent, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, brings the brand and residence service concept. Planned amenities combine sport, wellness and entertaining spaces, including tennis and padel courts, a spa, cinema, private dining and business lounges.

Sankari’s Dubai proposition centres on individual space and the relationship between home and waterfront. Its branded residence model adds concierge and guest-experience services to the physical property, while optional in-residence services are arranged separately. The combination of a concentrated portfolio and specialist design partnerships defines the developer’s position within Dubai’s residential market.
