Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place

Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place occupies a waterfront peninsula at Marasi Marina in Business Bay. Developed by Sankari, the programme brings 63 residences in twin towers together with a collection of ten water villas. Foster + Partners’ cascading architecture gives each tower broad terraces and a distinct relationship with the water. The villas belong to the same residential destination and provide a different form of home within it.

The tower residences are planned as full-floor homes with private pools and substantial outdoor living spaces. The collection includes three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations and an ultra penthouse. Interiors by Portia Fox organise living, dining and private rooms around generous proportions and carefully selected materials. YODEZEEN is responsible for the water-villa interiors. The design places individual residential space at the centre of the project.

Shared facilities encompass a 25-metre indoor lap pool, gym, yoga and Pilates studio, spa and outdoor training areas. Tennis and padel courts add outdoor sporting options. A cinema, golf simulator, private dining room, cigar lounge and wine storage support leisure and entertaining. Business lounges, meeting rooms and children’s spaces provide further facilities within the development.

The Regent residence concept includes concierge and guest-experience teams, reception, security and valet arrangements. Optional services such as chefs, housekeeping, wellness treatments and personal training can be organised separately. Business Bay provides the surrounding commercial and residential setting, with Marasi Marina forming the immediate waterside address. Planned completion is at the end of 2027, within the fourth quarter. This is a standalone branded residential project, with the towers and water villas forming one coordinated programme.
