SRG Holding

SRG Holding is a family-owned Dubai group founded in 1958 by Abdulsalam AlRafi. Its origins lie in trading tea, sugar and rice in the Al Ras souq in Deira. The business subsequently expanded into property development, management, real estate investment and hospitality, while retaining its wholesale trading activities. It is led by the second generation of the AlRafi family.

The group’s built portfolio includes Burj Al Salam, Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai and Marina Heights Tower. These properties combine residential, commercial and hotel uses across established parts of the city. Palacio Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Al Razi in Dubai Healthcare City add other examples of homes alongside commercial premises.

Its property operations extend from development to leasing, sales and facilities management. Hospitality partnerships include Sheraton and Staybridge Suites. Marquise Square and UPSIDE Living form part of its Business Bay residential portfolio, while Valore, also known as Aria Heights, brings apartments and resident facilities to Jumeirah Village Circle.

SRG Tower is another Dubai development, located in the Burj Khalifa area on Sheikh Zayed Road. Killa Design’s architectural proposal includes a distinctive diagrid façade, sky gardens, residential amenities and retail. The group’s combination of long-term property ownership, management and new development links its established city assets with its current residential projects.
