Vision Developments

Vision Developments is a Dubai property developer founded at the beginning of 2024. Its construction arm, Vision Construction, has operated in the region for nearly two decades. This connection places development and construction expertise within the same group. Co-founder and chief executive Masoud Al Zarooni leads the business alongside founding partners Walid Owais and Ismail Abdallah, whose backgrounds include engineering and project management.

The company’s residential portfolio extends across Liwan, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai Production City and Dubai Sports City. Completed programmes include Karma, Platinum, Pearls, Celine, Coral and DGM. Their different neighbourhood settings establish the context for the newer collection, which concentrates on apartment buildings with shared facilities and a range of home sizes rather than one repeated residential format.

Reem and Soul illustrate two related approaches. Reem combines 198 homes with ground-floor retail in Liwan, while Soul brings 176 apartments to Dubai Production City. Both include studios through three-bedroom homes, with pools, exercise facilities and spaces for recreation and social gatherings. Vista and Verde add taller buildings in Production City and Sports City, providing distinct addresses within the same wider portfolio.

The announced collection also includes Sera Gardens in Dubai Production City and Lumina in Liwan. Sera Gardens adds duplex configurations to its apartment offering, while Lumina organises homes above several parking levels and includes rooftop leisure space. Across these programmes, architecture, entrances and shared amenities form part of the residential concept. The company’s in-house construction arm supports the practical delivery of this portfolio, while each building retains its own scale, location and mix of homes.
