The buildings are arranged around a planted central valley and courtyards. The design uses Mediterranean references, terraces and connections between internal rooms and outdoor areas. Selected ground-floor homes open onto garden spaces, while corner residences have different outlooks across the landscape. The developer’s gallery presents a pool, communal lounge, gardens and children’s club. Arancia is the residential component of a wider mixed-use masterplan.
