Gensler designed the building’s distinctive twisting profile. Curved balcony lines and the changing orientation of the façade give the tower a sculptural form. The interiors extend this contemporary approach through open living areas and substantial glazing, while different layouts offer different relationships with the surrounding city and canal.
The shared facilities include an infinity swimming pool, gym, landscaped podium, sky garden and yoga studio. A 24-hour reception supports the residential programme. These spaces provide settings for exercise, relaxation and everyday arrival within the building.
DG1 combines a recognisable architectural form with a varied apartment mix and canal-side living. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, bringing the project’s housing and shared amenities together at this Business Bay address.
