Interstellar Tower is a 29-storey mixed-use development in District 2 of Jumeirah Village Triangle. Mr. Eight's official project presentation includes both residential and commercial units, so the building should be considered as a complete mixed-use address. The design direction places particular emphasis on daylight, privacy and a calmer residential setting.

A sky park of approximately 20,000 sq ft is the project's most distinctive shared feature, bringing outdoor rooms above the surrounding district. UV glazing, wellness facilities and hospitality-minded residence services form part of the announced offer. The outdoor area gives the tower a specific place for rest and time outside the apartment.

For homebuyers, the useful question is how an individual layout connects with these shared facilities and separates private rooms from the main living space. Commercial purchasers have a different set of requirements, including the layout, permitted use and fit-out of the chosen unit.
