Villa del Gavi

Villa del Gavi is a collection of 87 homes across twelve floors on the first coastline of Dubai Islands. The programme starts with two-bedroom residences and larger layouts, making it a particularly relevant option for households seeking more space. Italian-crafted interiors and natural travertine form part of the announced design approach.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies connect the apartments to the coastal setting. Shared amenities include infinity pools, Technogym fitness facilities and a residents' lounge, supported by concierge services and private beach access. Rolls-Royce transport and Riva boat services are presented as optional offerings, rather than features automatically included with every purchase.

Gavi's appeal lies in a combination of boutique building scale and larger homes on the shoreline. A family can compare the arrangement of bedrooms, reception areas and outdoor space, while an occasional resident may place greater weight on the service environment. In either case, the exact view, the furnishing specification and the charges associated with optional services should be considered for the individual apartment.
