VELA

VELA is OMNIYAT’s collection of 38 waterfront residences in Marasi Bay, within Business Bay. Foster + Partners shapes the architecture and Gilles & Boissier designs the interiors. The offering includes spacious residences, penthouses and a three-level Sky Palace. Large terraces, corner pools and full-height windows bring the marina and Downtown skyline into the living experience.

The planned amenities include an infinity-edge lap pool, a triple-height gym, cinema, children’s spaces, meeting rooms and a private spa suite. Dorchester Collection manages the residential service experience. Access to selected facilities at The Lana and ONE at Palm Jumeirah is also presented by the developer, subject to the arrangements attached to the residence.

The tower is presented at approximately 150 metres, with the Sky Palace occupying three floors at its crown. Its private offer includes two pools, expansive terraces, a gym and a majlis. Elsewhere in the collection, marina residences, sky residences and penthouses vary the relationship with the waterfront and the city. Gilles & Boissier’s interior approach brings these different formats together through a consistent design language.

VELA is part of OMNIYAT’s wider Marasi Bay waterfront destination, near VELA Viento and The Lana. Main works are underway. Official sources currently differ between Q2 and Q4 2027 for completion.
