VELA Viento

VELA Viento brings a twin-tower residential composition by Foster + Partners to OMNIYAT’s Marasi Bay destination in Business Bay. Its 95 homes include two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, three Sky Bridge duplexes and a Celestial Penthouse. Gilles & Boissier designs the interiors, while double-height spaces, landscaped terraces and private pools in selected homes give the collection varied ways to live above the waterfront.

The Sky Bridge duplexes introduce dining spaces suspended between the towers. Planned communal facilities include an infinity pool, fitness centre, yoga studio, indoor lap pool, spa, cinema and meeting suite. Dorchester Collection manages the residential services. The wider promenade connects living spaces with the evolving marina destination.

The unit schedule separates 60 Viento Residences from 31 Horizon Residences, the three Sky Bridge duplexes and the single Celestial Penthouse. Viento residences have two or three bedrooms; Horizon residences extend to four. The four-bedroom Sky Bridge duplexes are listed at approximately 10,235 sq. ft. This structure gives the twin towers a broad range of scales without turning the different collections into separate developments.

Main construction works are underway, with the developer currently indicating the third quarter of 2027 for completion.
