Al Furjan

Al Furjan is a Nakheel residential community in the Jebel Ali part of Dubai, close to Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall. Its housing combines villas and townhouses with apartment buildings, giving the district several residential scales. The established community includes four-bedroom villas and three-bedroom townhouses, alongside apartment developments such as Masakin Al Furjan and the Avenue Residence collection.

Walking distance to a station or pavilion varies with the specific building and street.
