REEF Luxury Developments

REEF Luxury Developments is a Dubai property developer led by CEO and co-founder Samer Ali Nasser Ambar. Its name comes from the Arabic word for countryside, while its architectural approach draws inspiration from the Barajeel wind towers of the region. The company brings that reference into contemporary residential buildings through research into terraces, air movement and outdoor cooling.

Cooled sunken balconies are a recurring feature of the REEF portfolio. These outdoor rooms sit alongside landscaped gathering areas and, in selected programmes, winter gardens. Apartment planning and shared recreation form another part of the approach: swimming pools, fitness spaces, children's facilities and gardens are arranged differently at each address, rather than following one identical building plan.

REEF 1000, REEF 998 and REEF 995 establish a substantial presence in Dubai Land Residence Complex. REEF 999 extends the portfolio to Al Furjan, REEF 996 to Dubai Production City and REEF 997 to Dubai Islands. The homes range from studios and conventional apartments to duplexes, sky villas and penthouses, with the available mix depending on the programme.

Several of the inland schemes also incorporate retail premises, giving commercial activity a defined place within the development. REEF 997 has a smaller residential collection with a coastal setting, while the larger inland buildings bring together a broader range of homes and facilities.
