REEF 1000 brings 125 homes and retail premises to Dubai Land Residence Complex. The residential mix includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes, giving the building several scales of accommodation within one address. Its architecture is marked by layered balconies and a distinct retail base beneath the residences.

The developer's outdoor-cooled sunken balcony concept forms part of every home. These recessed outdoor spaces extend the living area and are paired with contemporary interiors in a light, restrained palette. Published layouts place studios at approximately 437–488 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments at 752–1,066 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments at 1,152–1,370 sq ft. The duplex homes provide larger, multi-level arrangements of about 1,653–1,905 sq ft.

Shared recreation combines planted spaces with active leisure. A vegetable garden, running track, cricket pitch and outdoor gym are included, alongside barbecue facilities, sunken seating and a Baja shelf by the water. The arrangement gives residents different places for exercise, quieter outdoor time and social gatherings without concentrating every activity into one room.

The ground-level retail component gives the scheme a commercial dimension alongside its homes. Dubai Land Residence Complex places it within a growing inland residential district connected to Dubai's main road network. REEF publishes an expected handover in the fourth quarter of 2026.
