AMWAJ Development is a Dubai property developer led by chairman Emad Saleh and chief executive Murad Saleh. The company draws on its leadership's real estate experience in Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on contemporary homes and neighbourhood-scale communities. District 11 of Mohammed bin Rashid City is central to its portfolio. Starlight Park established its first Dubai residential community across four buildings and was handed over in October 2026. The Cube Residences brings a smaller collection of furnished apartments with smart-home features, while Gate Eleven develops four adjacent buildings with lagoon-facing homes, landscaped areas and ground-level retail.
