CITYVIEW Developments is a Dubai-based property developer working across residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Its approach brings architectural design and hotel-brand expertise into residential settings, with shared facilities and services forming part of the building concept. The company has an international presence that includes hospitality developments in Türkiye and Georgia, alongside its growing portfolio in Dubai.

Hyde Residences Dubai Hills introduced a lifestyle brand associated with Ennismore to Dubai Hills Estate. Its interiors by Bishop Design pair a relaxed visual language with communal spaces for fitness, films and social activity. In Motor City, the project originally launched as Velos Residence is now Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City, connecting its apartments and family facilities with Accor's residential platform.

The pipeline broadens this collaboration. Sofitel Residences Dubai City View is planned in Downtown Dubai with apartments, duplex layouts and penthouses, supported by a residential service programme. Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, announced with Accor in September 2026, combines homes and branded offices at Meydan Horizon. It extends CITYVIEW's portfolio from residential buildings to a mixed-use environment that connects living and working.

Design and delivery partners include architects, interior designers and project-management specialists, with hotel operators contributing brand standards and resident services. CITYVIEW's Dubai locations span Dubai Hills, Motor City, Downtown Dubai and Meydan. Each addresses a different urban setting, while the common focus remains on the relationship between a private home, its shared spaces and the services available around it.
