Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City

Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City is a CITYVIEW Developments residential tower in Motor City, created in partnership with Accor. The project was originally launched as Velos Residence and now carries the Mövenpick name. Its concept combines a range of apartment sizes with facilities designed for family life, exercise and outdoor gatherings in a neighbourhood known for its residential and motorsport setting.

The tower comprises 408 residences, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Studios are fully furnished, while the one- and two-bedroom homes are offered unfurnished with kitchens fitted with appliances. Balconies, full-height glazing and open living areas give the interiors a connection to the surrounding city. The distinction in furnishing provides different choices for those seeking a prepared studio or a larger home to arrange themselves.

The amenity programme includes a family pool and a rooftop swimming pool, alongside fitness facilities. Basketball, jogging areas, children's play spaces and an outdoor cinema create different ways to use the shared grounds. Lounges and pet areas broaden the daily offer beyond exercise. The design brings these facilities into the same residential setting rather than separating them across unrelated destinations.

Completion is announced for the fourth quarter of 2028. The official studio entry price is AED 795,777, with a 40/60 payment plan: 20% at booking, 20% during construction and 60% at handover. The project combines Mövenpick's hospitality identity with an independent apartment community, supported by residential services and access to Accor's owner-benefit programme under its applicable terms.
