Accor One Living supports the development, design and planned operation of the branded residential component, creating a framework for shared facilities and resident services within an independent property ownership setting.
Planned amenities include meeting and event spaces, a screening room, games room, outdoor children's areas and a padel court. Three food and beverage concepts are complemented by fitness and wellness facilities. This range supports social occasions, daily exercise and business-related use within the same destination. Homeowners are also intended to have access to Accor's owner-benefit programme, subject to its participating properties and programme conditions.
The office component introduces Pullman-branded workplaces alongside the residences, bringing hotel-informed service concepts into a commercial setting. The announced opening target is 2029. At this stage, the project is defined by its verified mixed-use programme and Meydan address, connecting domestic routines, professional activity and shared leisure facilities within one planned development.
