Altissima

Altissima is a collection of 23 standalone seven-bedroom villas in Al Barari. The programme develops the community's villa tradition through large private homes arranged across basement, ground, first-floor and roof levels. Landscaped plots, layered building forms and the surrounding planted environment shape the setting of each residence.

The interior planning includes double-height spaces and separate areas for family living, entertaining and work. Dedicated nanny, maid and driver accommodation is included, alongside an office and extensive bedroom and dressing spaces. The basement provides a car gallery, while the multi-level arrangement accommodates both the principal living rooms and the home's leisure facilities.
