Villa del Divos is Mr. Eight's first UAE residential address, a waterfront collection on Dubai Islands developed with a design contribution from Tom Dixon. The project places architecture, interiors and private outdoor spaces within one considered composition. Its coastal position and boutique format are the defining features of the residential offer.

The developer highlights a distinctive entrance, a dedicated residence team and hospitality-style services. Private outdoor rooms extend the homes, while the interior concept carries Tom Dixon's design association. The complete collection ranges from one to five bedrooms, with different proportions and outdoor arrangements rather than one uniform apartment plan.

Divos is most relevant to buyers who value a particular design identity and a smaller residential setting on the shoreline. The choice between units should consider privacy, the aspect of the principal rooms and the usable terrace or balcony area.
