The homes are presented with Italian interior finishes, including doors and wardrobes, alongside full-height windows and private balconies. Selected apartments include balcony Jacuzzis, creating a private outdoor leisure feature. The range of layouts covers compact studios as well as larger family apartments, with different bedroom counts distributed between the two towers.
A landscaped central area and the recreation level include a swimming pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi and open patio. The planned fitness centre incorporates yoga, with sauna and steam facilities also featured in the brochure. A restaurant and two lobby cafés form part of the residential service offer. Private lobbies, hotel-style vehicle drop-off, EV charging and fingerprint or mobile-app door access are included in the specifications.
Business Bay gives the programme its urban setting around residences, offices and the Dubai Canal area. Royal Regency Suites is distinct from the developer's earlier Royal Regency property in the same district. The project remains under development, with expected handover in the fourth quarter of 2026. Its twin-tower composition, varied apartment mix and selected balcony Jacuzzis define this current Al Seeb residential programme.
